Live Connections co-ordinated user trials to evaluate and provide re-design recommendations for OEM software being considered for ‘bundling’ by a HP hardware Division. Led to design changes to make the product more usable.

Live Connections designed and delivered intensive 3-day product design workshops for HP’s PC Manufacturing Division in Grenoble, France.

Live Connections Organised system tests and user trials to improve software product installation and configuration processes for a European HP Division.

Live Connections Organised system tests and trials for internal and external back-up devices leading to re-design recommendations and then re-testing. Done in close collaboration with the HP’s Engineering Teams at HP Bristol.

Live Connections conducted product evaluations for HP’s Computer Peripherals Division (Bristol) involving research with HP customers and channels to gather feedback on use of DAT drives. HP used the results to improve product design.
