In a nutshell - we come to your premises to repair the problem. If the problem is not relatively minor it is normally more cost effective to take the offending item away for repair. So we also offer a Collect/Repair/Return service - which means we collect it, then bench repair in our workshop and return the working item back to the you as soon as we can. We also re-connect the item and check it's operational again.
However, the first choice before asking us for a Call-Out is always to try to fix your problem remotely using either our LiveLink remote support or our Telephone support. These options save you:
- Time because you don't have to wait in for an engineer and with LiveLink we can work on your problem without you having to be present at all.
- Money because there's no CALL-OUT CHARGE and with LiveLink remote support it's a £47 maximum fee no matter how complex your problems or how long they take to fix. If it turns out to be relatively simple we will charge less.
- Disruption because you don't have to have an engineer in your home or workplace.

Call-out and Collect /Repair/Return
Sometimes there's no avoiding it and you just need someone to visit your premises and sort out the problems. Perhaps it's a hardware fault or perhaps your internet link is down or too slow for us to use LiveLink. That's where our CALL-OUT service comes into it's own:
- We come to you - offering a reliable, fast, friendly service
- There is only a £20 CALL-OUT CHARGE within our geographical area (or see our fuller list of areas covered and costs)
- The CALL-OUT FEE includes collection, return & re-connection if needed
- No fix - No fee. If we can't fix the problem we don't charge a repair fee (you'll only pay the CALL-OUT CHARGE) and not for the cost of the repair (click here to see our repair costs).
If you have anything more than a minor hardware problem then the best option is to use our Collect/Repair/Return service. We take the offending item back to our workshops and run all the necessary diagnostic tests there. This means we are not charging you for real time spent at your premises. Once we identify the potential problem we contact you with an estimated repair bill before proceeding.
We will also offer our impartial advice as to whether the repair is cost-effective and what the costs of replacement alternatives might be. That way you remain in control of the course of action and the costs.
