repairman.jpgWe offer 4 levels of LiveCare as standard to match the needs of most clients but, using these as a starting point, we can tailor them to any specific need and budget. 

The table at the bottom of this page summarises the various levels of LiveCare IT Support Contract and compares their key features. In a nutshell...

LiveCare Lite:  Provides a level of support suitable for clients who find a remote (over the internet) support service to be satisfactory for their needs. A response and remedial actions will be underway within 1 business day. As a safety-net, free telephone support is automatically provided if there is a problem with client access to the internet.

LiveCare Standard:  Provides a level of support suitable for clients who need a response and remedial actions to be underway within 1 business day and provides the extra benefit of an on-site attendance if required. Computing capability is important to you but not immediately critical.

LiveCare Plus:  For clients who need a same day response and fast resolution. System availability is very important and starts to have a significant impact if support activity is not underway that same day.

LiveCare Premium:  For clients needing a rapid response within hours and the earliest possible resolution of problems. Computing capability is vital to you on an hour-by-hour basis and problems with your IT systems quickly impact profits and customer satisfaction.
