LiveCare pricing

If you are a LiveCare Contract support customer all your IT support is included in your monthly contract fee.  This fee depends on how many offices, servers and workstations we are supporting.

Pay-As-You-Go support pricing

Diagnostic/Repair pricing for our Pay-As-You-Go support is only £40 per hour.  Partial hours are charged on a pro-rata basis meaning that if we only spend 30 minutes fixing your problem then you only pay £20 for 30 minutes.  This pricing applies to Telephone support or any repair work carried out at our premises.

LiveLink remote support pricing

LiveLink remote support has a £47 maximum fee no matter how complex your problems or how long they take to fix. If it turns out to be relatively simple we will charge less.

Call Out fees

Our Call-Out service fee includes Collect, Return and Re-Connection.  In our local area in Oxfordshire our Call-Out charge is just £20.  On top of this we charge the £40 per hour Pay-As-You-Go diagnostic/repair fee.  Our full table of locations and charges is shown below but if you don't see your locality just contact us for a price.
